3rd Annual NFB Awards The 3rd annual Nigeria Fashion & Beauty (NFB) Awards ceremony is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 22nd of May 2009 at the popular All Saints Community Hall. 13403 Renn street, Houston, Texas commencing from 10:00PM. This year 10 Nigerians will be duly recognized and honored for their conspicuous positive impacts to the development and promotion of Nigerian indigenous fashion at an elaborate event that will parade galaxy of Nigerian celebrities in fashion & beauty and entertainment industry from all over the United States as well as representatives of Fashion Designers Asso. of Nigeria (FADAN). The audience will be gracefully dressed in various traditional attires made from SILK, CHIFFON, ORGANZA, DAMASK, SATIN, KAMPALA, RAFIA, TYE & DYE, GUINEA BROCADE, LACE, ANKARA, GEORGE, etc. An intergral part of the lavish show will be the fashion show; a presentation of old school as well as fashion styles in vogue. It will also feature cultural display, traditional dancers, comedy and evergreen music of the yesteryears. Admission to this event is strictly by invitation cards.
